This Dame for Hire
This World War II era mystery is dryly humorous, hard-boiled New York noir with a feminist twist. When Faye Quick`s boss, Woody Mason, left to fight World War II, she took over his company, called A Detective Agency so it would be listed first in the phone book. This 26-year-old PI is one feisty, tough-talkin` broad, and so she doesn`t flinch when one snowy night, she trips over the dead body of a young woman, Claudette West. Claudette`s parents hire Faye to find out who did it, although they`ve already pinned their suspicions on their daughter`s ex-fiance, Richard Cotten. But as Faye investigates, the field of suspects widens considerably.

Photographed in classic black and white, the Eiffel Tower is depicted in all its magnificence.
When the Eiffel Tower was completed in 1889, it was the tallest building in the world at 300 meters. It was originally built as a temporary structure to commemorate the centenary of the Revolution. This steel construction defied all traditional rules in architecture.
The print comes finished in a 1.25-inch-thick black stain frame with a white mat.
With this print on your wall, you'll always have Paris!
