Terrorism has stretched a long shadow over the citizens of London, with the city frequently under threat from a variety of sources who are eager to cause as much willful destruction as possible. The focus on key members of the recovery effort, such as a Muslim detective and a concerned fireman, gives DIRTY WAR a highly personal touch that only adds to the all-too-real horror as it unfolds on the screen. Director Daniel Percival delivers a bold, powerful statement with this movie.
