In this fifth Mommy-Track mystery, ex-public defender and current PI Juliet Applebaum mixes crime-solving with house-hunting. Juliet is pregnant with her third child, and there is simply no room in her family's present house for the new addition. Luckily, she finds the perfect house; the drawback is that the corpse of bulimic actress Alicia Felix is in the bathtub. Juliet makes the deceased's brother a bargain: she'll find the murderer in exchange for the chance to make the first bid on the house.
