Father John O'Malley is trying to find the murderer of a white man whose body is discovered at the Wind River Reservation. At the same time, his friend Vicky Holden, now a lawyer for the reservation's casino, is threatened by a mysterious group that believes that the casino is evil. As Vicky investigates the goings-on at the casino, she wonders if they may be right....
