This is the 17th novel to feature Amos Walker, the PI who favors old-fashioned face-to-face to cyberspace investigation. He is asked to fulfill the last request of a retired brothel madam and bring her cremated remains to her long-estranged son. The son, Delwayne, gives Walker another job: to find out who killed his boxer father 53 years ago. Unfortunately, Delwayne is also murdered a little while later...by the same gun responsible for his father`s death.
