In PIPSQUEAK, Brian Wiprud`s first off-the-wall mystery starring New York taxidermy dealer Garth Carson, Carson engaged in a dangerous chase after a stuffed squirrel. In this second installment, the object of contention is a stuffed albino crow encased inside a jar, a birthday present that Carson bought for his girlfriend, Angie. Apparently, there are a number of parties with such a strong interest in the crow that they`re willing to do anything to get it--including robbery and murder.
